John is a retired Army & NYPD Officer. He is very passionate about teaching self defense and empowering the community so they can defend themselves. He's a proud dad of 2 sons and enjoys teaching the kids class as well as being part of the community we've built. He is an excellent teacher and martial arts practitioner.
